Attached at the end of this post is what we like to think of as our Mission Statement, or the guiding principles that everyone here at eSutras Organics live by. It's part business model, part waxing philosophical and it's a little wordy, which is why I haven't included it in the text of this post. But, to summarize: + We're trying to succeed as a manufacturing company in the United States. We've got pretty high overhead costs, fair salaries, nothing automated here. And we're making it work. + We make gourmet, yet affordable, sustainable, vegetarian (and sometimes vegan), cruelty-free items made in small batches by careful hands, packaged and perfected from conception to conclusion.
