This tasty, gourmet omega-6 rich vegetable oil blend is an ubiquitous bottled salad dressing that will transform ordinary into extraordinary! You got to try it to taste it for yourself!

eSutras Naturals Total Nourish Finishing Oil, adds that characteristic flavor to your salad which makes it outstanding.

Why eSutras Naturals Total Nourish Finishing Oil and not just any other?

Scientists say salad isn't as healthy without salad dressing. According to a study by Purdue University, eating a salad without fat is actually less healthy. That's because fat is needed by our bodies to absorb the nutrients in vegetables — but not all fats are alike.

Researchers looked at salads dressed with saturated fat (butter), monounsaturated fat (canola oil) and polyunsaturated fat (corn oil).

All promoted the absorption of carotenoids, the fat-soluble compounds in vegetables that are linked to a reduced risk of diseases like cancer.

eSutras Naturals Total Nourish finishing oil contains Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Coconut Oil which are high in monsaturated fats, that  may help support "good" levels of HDL cholesterol.

Here is an easy to make recipe I made using Total Nourish finishing oil

Chop up a plateful of your favorite salad ingredients- lettuce leaves, yellow and red bell peppers, partially boiled broccoli, some shelled green pea, quartered  cherry tomatoes and some baby carrots.

Stir up using 2 to 3 tablespoons of  eSutras Naturals Total nourish finish oil and a spoonful of mayonnaise . Sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Now sit back and enjoy a healthy salad of the day!

Mother Earth, Mother Nature, We the Children & Easter

Did you know the first Greek God was actually a Goddess?. he is Gaia, or Mother Earth, who created herself out of primordial chaos. From her fertile womb all life sprang, and unto Mother Earth all living things must return after their allotted span of life is over.  Gaia, as Mother Nature, personifies the entire ecosystem of Planet Earth.  Mother Nature is always working to achieve and maintain harmony, wholeness and balance within the environment. Mother Nature heals, nurtures and supports all life on this planet, and ultimately all life and health depend on Her. In time, Nature heals all ills. The way of Mother Gaia is the passive, feminine, Yin way of healing. All we need to do to regain our health is to return to the bosom of Mother Nature and live in accordance with Her laws. The Gaia archetype underlies all notions of the Nature Cure. Mother Nature is a healing goddess for the ancients whose glory was celebrated each spring, long before organized religion came into play.
