Spinach and Nectarine Salad (Serves about 2) Ingredients: 2 tblspn orange marmalade 1 large shallot, thinly sliced 2 tblspn white balsamic vinegar 2 tblspn eSutras Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tblspn eSutras Organics Citrus Salt 1/4 tblspn eSutras Organics ground black pepper 1/4 cup(s) slivered almonds 1 package(s) (7-ounce) baby spinach 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and cut into wedges Directions: 1.
