Nothing completes a Summertime get together like a great dip. It satisfies your guest appetite while the main course is being prepared and there's no reason to slack on the appetizers. Try these wonderful recipes to have a memorable summer BBQ!
Citrus Hemp and Pesto Dip
(Serves about 4)
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a food processor for about 2 minutes.
Stop mixing a drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the mix.
Continue mixing in food processor for an additional 2 minutes or until desired creaminess.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
Classic Tahini Dip
Directions:
Combine Tahini, water, lemon juice and garlic together in a food processor or blender till sauce is creamy and ivory-colored.
Pause blending and hand mix the dip for 2 minutes to break up the thick part of the sauce.
After a few minutes of blending, sauce will turn into a rich, smooth paste. If mixture is too thick, slowly add more water until it reaches the preferred consistency
Hand mix in Berbere Spice and let chill for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
