If you regularly order from us, you probably already know about our amazing drop-shipping program, but for those who'd liked to know a little more I'll give you a bit of Layman's Terms information about this really popular program we offer.
Drop-shipping is a program we offer that has several great benefits. Say you're a small business. Just getting your foot in the door with organic food products and you want to sell lots of different items, plus you want to have enough to fill large orders. The problem that would arise with this is that you have no where to store these item. You're a small business, maybe even run from your own home, and proper storage would be another hassle. That's where eSutras Organics steps in.
If you're part of our drop-shipper's program we're your own personal storage warehouse. We have copious amounts of the products you want to order and we store it at our proper storage facility. You would never have to worry about keeping an inventory on products because we take care of that for you. Or say you don't understand or even want to handle the many complications that would arise with shipping your items around the world. We step in once more!
If you're a part of our drop-shipper's program, we send and package all the items for you. We operate under a system called "blind-shipping", which essentially means that the customer we ship it to receives the product and only information about your company. We would never promote ourselves through our drop-shipping to a customer you might have.
The only information they would get from us would be our address as the return address in case they weren't satisfied with the product and wanted to send it back. Being a drop-shipper has lots of benefits, but it's not for everyone. That's why we offer deal to retail customers, too. We offers different discounts for wholesalers, regular retail customers, or even people who come into our retail showroom.
