  • Yarrow - (Achillea millefolium) Ingestion can help cold, influenza, circulatory disorders, indigestion, and menopausal & menstruation problems. Dermis application can help inflamed joints, eczema, acne, scars, & cuts. Avoid use if pregnant.
  • Black Pepper - (Piper nigrum) Helps heal anemia, poor circulation, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, fevers, food poisoning, heartburn, muscular aches and pains, arthritis, nausea, & viral infections. Add to a massage oil after exercise to remove lactic acid from the muscles. Pregnant women should avoid use.
  • Ajowah - (Trachyspermum copticum) Has use in the treatment of intestinal dysbiosis. Its benefit comes from being able to stop the growth of undesired pathogens while not negatively affecting the beneficial flora. Helps with digestion, colic, and improves appetite. Pregnant women should avoid.
  • Bay Oil - (Pimenta racemosa) Alleviator of colds, flu, fatigue, muscular pain, & poor circulation. Promotes hair growth & cures dandruff. Rheumatism, skin infections, & sprains can also be treated using bay oil. Pregnant women should avoid.
  • Black Cumin - (Carum bulbocastanum) Can be used to help improve respiratory health, stomach & intestinal health, kidney & liver functions, & also circulatory & immune system support. An anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antioxidants, anticancer, and antiviral oil. Great for general treat skin conditions, such as eczema and boils, and to treat cold symptoms.
  • Cyperus Retundus - (Cyperaceae) A natural helpful assistant to asthma, bronchitis, cough, & fluid retention. An innate insecticide.  An anti-inflammatory, it quells swelling when applied topically. Antibacterial, deodorant, reduces oily skin, diuretic, a refined febrifuge.
  • Coriander - (Coriandrum sativum) Curer of muscular aches, arthritis, colds, infections, migraines, and nausea.  Stimulant that's useful for fatigue and exhaustion. Analgesic, antibacterial, fungicidal, aids with digestive problems and stomach cramps.
