Lean & Healthy (Pretty Delicious)

Candice Kumai better known as the Stiletto Chef, has teamed up with eSutras!!

Candice is a former Top Chef contestant and is best known for healthy recipes via her cookbook Pretty Delicious. We have gotten together to come up with an awesome little kit: The Lean & Healthy Kit.
The kit includes 16oz Heart Healthy Oil, which is wonderful because it is rich in unsaturated fats and incredibly low in saturated fats and trans fats. It comes with a wide variety of spices including Cumin Seeds, Sea Salt, Dill Seed, Brown Mustard Seed, Chili Powder, and Curry Chili Salt! These are a few of the basics for any amazing meal. Brown Flax Seed contains Alpha linolenic acid which is an amino fatty acid which is similar to those found in fish. Studied have also shown that it is effective in lowering bad cholesterol.
This kit also includes Cocoa Vanilla Sugar to help add a little extra flavor to desserts or after dinner coffee. And finally, if you are feeling a little run down reach for the Energy Medley! It’s a perfect little pick me up including: Raw almonds, walnuts, dates, sunflower seeds, coconut, strawberry, raspberry, tomato, banana, pineapple, cherry, cranberry, chlorella powder, amla, astragalus, rosehip, coriander, chili, raw cacao nibs, vegan chocolate and a blend of Ayurvedic spices. Mother Nature heals, nurtures and supports all life on this planet, and ultimately all life and health depend on Her. In time, Nature heals all ills. The way of Mother Gaia is the passive, feminine, Yin way of healing. All we need to do to regain our health is to return to the bosom of Mother Nature and live in accordance with Her laws. The Gaia archetype underlies all notions of the Nature Cure. Mother Nature is a healing goddess for the ancients whose glory was celebrated each spring, long before organized religion came into...
