This recipe is simple and delicious!! I tried it this past Wednesday and was surprised that I actually liked it. So, I decided to share it with you guys!!!
Mix dark green leaves and garlic in hot olive oil for a meal that cleanses the body’s chief detoxifying organ, the liver.
Ingredients:

1 tsp. eSutras extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound spinach, its origin
or 1 pound Swiss chard, stems sliced, leaves torn
or 1 pound spinach mixture and watercress
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. eSutras sesame seeds for garnish

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir until lightly browned, about 45 seconds. Add greens (do in two batches, if necessary) and stir until just wilted, 2 to 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Mother Earth, Mother Nature, We the Children & Easter

The way of Mother Gaia is the passive, feminine, Yin way of healing. All we need to do to regain our health is to return to the bosom of Mother Nature and live in accordance with Her laws. The Gaia archetype underlies all notions of the Nature Cure. Mother Nature is a healing goddess for the ancients whose glory was celebrated each spring, long before organized religion came into...
