Alternative Remedies

Last night I attended an amazing event hosted by the good people over at Mindful Metropolis. It was a Health and Wellness Reception boasting booths that focused on eating right and keeping your body healthy. We got to talk to numerous people who promote a healthy and fit life-style. Great Chicago food vendors (including eSutras Organics!) were serving their best samples while, medical wellness practitioners gave everyone ample knowledge about way to keep your body in tip top shape.
There was also a movie screening of the acclaimed film “9000 Needles” which follows a man’s harrowing journey to better health after a devastating tragedy. The movie really opens your eyes to the possibility of hope and alternative medicines as a way of helping you heal when modern practices offers little or no help. This got me thinking of what eSutras Organics supplements can help aid certain maladies you can suffer. For instance we offer eSutras Organics Milk Thistle Powder Capsules. Milk Thistle is a flowering plant native to the Mediterranean, North Africa, and The Middle East. Some research has proven that it has positive effects on your liver. It has been shown to reduce inflammation, also.
We also offer Neem Leaf Extract Capsules which are good for detoxification and skin rejuvenation.  Neem leaves have been anciently proven by ayurvedic medicine followers to remove toxins and prevent muscular damage. It has been shown to improve skin conditions without aggravating the condition worse.
eSutras Organics believe in these products, but they are not proven by any professional medical association to help treat certain disorders. You should always consult with a trained medical practitioner before taking ANY supplements eSutras Organics supplies. You should also do extensive research to see if our supplements don’t affect a pre-existing condition you may have and that it’s 100% safe for you to take.

Mother Earth, Mother Nature, We the Children & Easter

Did you know the first Greek God was actually a Goddess?. he is Gaia, or Mother Earth, who created herself out of primordial chaos. From her fertile womb all life sprang, and unto Mother Earth all living things must return after their allotted span of life is over.  Gaia, as Mother Nature, personifies the entire ecosystem of Planet Earth.  Mother Nature is always working to achieve and maintain harmony, wholeness and balance within the environment. Mother Nature heals, nurtures and supports all life on this planet, and ultimately all life and health depend on Her. In time, Nature heals all ills. The way of Mother Gaia is the passive, feminine, Yin way of healing. All we need to do to regain our health is to return to the bosom of Mother Nature and live in accordance with Her laws. The Gaia archetype underlies all notions of the Nature Cure. Mother Nature is a healing goddess for the ancients whose glory was celebrated each spring, long before organized religion came into...
