Different uses for one product!

Here at eSutras Organics we offer lots of organic and unique cooking oils, but a couple of oils have multiple uses. Take for instance eSutras Organics Coconut Oilis an edible oil extracted from the kernel of matured coconut harvested from the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). The tropical world has relied on it to provide the primary source of fat in the diets of millions of people for generations. It also has various applications in food and medicine. Coconut oil is very heat-stable, which makes it suited to methods of cooking at high temperatures like frying. Because of its stability, it is slow to oxidize and, thus, resistant to rancidity, lasting up to two years due to high saturated fat content.Although, delicious to eat it is highly recommended against the consumption of significant amounts of coconut oil due to its high levels of saturated fat.Coconut oil can be used as a skin moisturizer, helping with dry skin and reduces protein loss when used in hair. So great for skin, to eat and your hair! So many uses from one seed!

Another one of our oil that has multiple uses is quite similar to coconut oil but has it;s own special qualities, too is eSutras Organics Palm Oil Palm kernel oil is an edible plant oil derived from the fruits of palm trees. Palm oil is extracted from the pulp of the fruit of the oil palm. Palm kernel oil is derived from the kernel (seed) of the oil palm. Palm oil is naturally reddish in color because it contains a high amount of beta-carotene. Although eSutras Organics Palm Oil is light in color because of its processing. Palm Oil contains no cholesterol! Although it does contain saturated fat, so should be consumed in copious amounts. You may also use Palm Oil for wounds because of it's supposed antimicrobial effects.

Tons of uses from a single plant! It's pretty amazing to think about. Palm and Coconut Oil have many other uses non-relating to health or beauty. It's a powerful plant that has lot's of social issues behind it throughout the decades. Check out more information on our site http://www.esutras.com/
