  • Sunflower Oil -  Sunflower oil is high in vitamin E and very low in saturated fat. It is also known for having a clean taste and low levels of trans fat.The two most common types of sunflower oil are linoleic and high oleic. Linoleic sunflower oil is a cooking oil that has high levels of the essential fatty acids called polyunsaturated fat. Polyunsaturated fats contains essential fats your body can't produce itself, like omega-6 and omega-3. Sunflower oils with high oleic are classified as having monounsaturated fat levels of 80% and above. This type of fat lowers total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. You need approximately 2% of your daily calories to be essential fatty acid. This oil has a high smoke point of 460 degrees Fahrenheit, we recommend using it for high heat cooking, like sautéing and frying.

  • Grapeseed Oil - An exotic oil  with a light and nutty taste. Grape seed oil can be used for stir-fries, sauteing, fondue making  and on salads. Virtually odourless, having no distinctive smell makes this oil exceptionally attractive to chefs who use it to make flavors stand out in a finished dish. The highest smoke point of any oil (approximately 420 F (216 C)), making it safe to cook at high temperature. A natural emollient high in antioxidants.
  • Soybean Oil - Soybean oil is a vegetable oil which is extracted from whole soybeans. Soybean oil is free from cholesterol and is high in healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Soybeans contain all three of the macro-nutrients required for good nutrition: complete protein, carbohydrate, and fat. Also, contains vitamins and minerals, including calcium, folic acid, and iron. eSutras Organics organic soybean oil is great for baking and frying applications that traditionally used hydrogenation. Soybean oil is low in saturated fat, contains no trans fat. It's also the principal source of omega-3 fatty acids in the U.S. diet, and a primary source of vitamin E as well.
  • Heart Healthy Oil - eSutras Organics Heart Healthy Cooking Oil blend is rich in unsaturated fats and incredibly low in saturated fats and trans fats. Uniquely blended, our oils have a high concentration of monounsaturated fats. Also,  rich in olive oil, sesame oil and virgin sunflower seed oil. Since this oil also combines corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, soy oil and palm oil you can use this blend to fry or saute foods as they have a higher smoke point than normal vegetable oil.
  • Toasted Sesame Seed Oil -  Highly nutritious, rich in vitamins A, B and E as well as the minerals iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, silicic acid and phosphorus. eSutras Organics Sesame Seed Oil contains linoleic acid and alpha linoleic acid as well as lecithin, which benefit the brain and nervous system. Made from roasted whole sesame seed, unrefined and expeller pressed. Ideal for seasoning steamed vegetables, as a marinade, in a stir fry, sauce, dressings or vinaigrette. Amber glass bottled to protect quality and flavor. Features a functional dispenser cap and is refillable. Sesamol and sesamin, natural antioxidants found in sesame seeds and sesame oil, make unrefined sesame oil especially nourishing and acts as a natural preservative.

Partake of the beautiful Lotus to inspire your mind. It sedates and seduces..

Lotus - Its God's favorite flower...Its mysticism may also be linked to the  mild narcotic or sedative effects   from flowers that are eaten, smoked or steeped in wine and drank. Also called the world's most beautiful flower, the lotus is the most sacred, and it seems there never was a time when man did not adore it.....Of all the myriad buds and blooms, the most revered and esteemed--by God and man--is the magnificent lotus in the sub continent and all across China and Japan. According to Buddhism and Hinduism, within each human inhabiting the earth is the spirit of the sacred lotus. It represents eternity, purity and divinity and is widely used as a symbol of life, fertility, ever-renewing youth and to describe feminine beauty, especially the eyes. One of the most common metaphysical analogies compares the lotus' perennial rise to faultless beauty from a miry environment to the evolution of man's consciousness--from instinctive impulses to spiritual liberation.
